These roles are travel-based assignments requiring relocation. We are actively hiring for aviation projects located in Florida.
Compensation includes travel expenses, lodging, per diem, and overtime pay.
Structural Assembler-
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency working with thin gauge aluminum materials.

You will help ensure structural integrity by maintaining tight tolerances of .005-.008 on solid fasteners, .003 on Hi-LOKs, .003 on holes, and .005 on location.

The scope of work excludes any tasks involving electrical, hydraulic, or harness components.

Work is focused on Sikorsky aircraft cockpit structures, involving multiple sections built simultaneously across various production cells.

Technicians will perform essential sealing operations, including face, fillet, and encapsulation seals, following a mandatory onsite certification process.

You will be responsible for burnishing surfaces to a 125 finish using tools such as sanders, Scotch Brite, brushes, and wheels.

Technicians will utilize a wide array of hand and pneumatic tools, including rivet guns, countersinks, reamers, and precision measuring instruments.

Training will be provided for the operation of remote-controlled overhead cranes in designated areas.

All applicants must complete a comprehensive Rivet Plate Test to demonstrate technical proficiency, instruction adherence, and fastener installation skills.

We are looking for individuals experienced in working with tooling fixtures, including part placement and hole location.

You will contribute to the successful assembly of cockpit units by collaborating effectively with up to five mechanics on a single structure.

Your role involves the precise installation of structural panels, seat tracks, and flooring components.

You will utilize specialized pinned fixtures and alignment techniques to ensure all assemblies meet strict engineering specifications.

Strong blueprint reading skills are required to perform high-standard structural drilling, hole preparation, and fastening.

You will be assigned to specific sections of the cockpit to support the overall assembly process.

The majority of tasks are fixture-based, with non-fixtured work reserved for final detailing.

You will work with a variety of materials including composite, aluminum, and fiberglass.

The assembly process involves a high volume of fasteners, including Lockbolts, Jo-Bolts, Cherry Bolts, and Hi-LOKs.

You will interpret sequential work instructions to determine the correct build sequence, hole locations, and drill sizes.

You will help maintain production flow by adhering to established takt times for each assembly station.

The quality department will handle final inspection requirements for all completed work.

You will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork to ensure high-quality production on critical flight hardware.
