Wishing Well Veterinary Hospital is looking for an outgoing, friendly, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients and checking them in and out
- Processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with social media posts
- Light cleaning
- Light animal assisting when needed
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and their pets
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus, but veterinary experience is not required.
