American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of surgical tech experience for a hospital surgery unit position in Milwaukee, WI.

Hospital-based surgery unit setting
-
Schedule is M-F, 4x10-hour shifts from 09:00–19:30, flexible based on case volumes
-
Weekday night call required 1–2 nights per week
-
Weekend evening call required approximately 1 weekend per month
-
Rotating holiday coverage with call responsibilities
-
May be required to float within skill set to other units or to sites within 40 miles
-
Epic EMR used in this setting
-
13-week contract
-
Minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience required
-
CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential required
-
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
-
License required if applicable
-
Experience with robotics, ENT, Neuro, and Burns cases preferred
-
Prior travel experience preferred
-
Epic EMR experience preferred
-
Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Scrub into a variety of surgical cases across multiple specialties
-
Prior travel experience is preferred for this position
