Quality by DiLorenzo is expanding and opening a dedicated Detail Department to support our Buick GMC and Mazda dealerships. Compensation
Starting Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience, attitude, and work ethic.
Performance Bonus Program: Earn an additional $200 - $800+ per month based on department performance and individual contribution.
Monthly Bonus Pool
Service Customer Satisfaction Bonus
- $100 per month when dealership service CSI goals are achieved.
Attendance & Reliability Bonus
- $100 per month for perfect attendance and punctuality.
Used Vehicle Frontline Bonus
- $200 per month when department achieves used vehicle reconditioning and frontline readiness goals.
Productivity Bonus
- $200 per month when department meets monthly production targets for service washes, vacuums, and complete vehicle details.
Department Excellence Bonus
- Additional $200 per month available based on management evaluation for quality, teamwork, and customer feedback.
Top performers can earn an additional $2,400 - $9,600 annually through the bonus program.
Responsibilities
- Wash and vacuum customer vehicles after service visits.
- Complete interior and exterior detailing on used vehicle inventory.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery to customers.
- Shampoo carpets and clean upholstery as needed.
- Apply interior and exterior protectants.
- Clean windows, wheels, door jambs, and engine compartments.
- Assist with lot appearance and vehicle presentation.
- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
- Follow all dealership safety and quality standards.
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Support service, sales, and management teams as needed.
- Ensure every vehicle leaves in a condition that exceeds customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to drive automatic transmission vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous detailing experience preferred but not required.
- Must be dependable, coachable, and willing to learn.
