Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization’s operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. The COO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily business operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity across departments.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that support organizational growth, profitability, and scalability.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives by streamlining processes, enhancing workflows, and implementing best practices.
- Oversee large-scale organizational change management projects to adapt to evolving market conditions and internal needs.
- Manage business development efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships.
- Oversee budget management, including forecasting, financial analysis, profit and loss management, and executive-level budget planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams through project management initiatives while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
- Foster a data-driven decision-making environment by analyzing operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop strategic plans, set organizational priorities, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Supervise management teams across various functions, promoting leadership development and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- 15+ experience in senior leadership roles with a strong background in business management and operations management.
- Demonstrated success in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement, and large-scale organizational change management.
- Expertise in business development management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Extensive experience in project management, program management, and operational analysis.
- Knowledge of management techniques related to profit and loss analysis, operational analysis, and operational efficiency optimization.
- Ability to lead complex change initiatives while maintaining focus on organizational objectives.
- Supervising experience with a focus on leadership development within high-performing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to inform strategic decisions.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
