Job Title: Glass Glazier Helper

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Glass Glazier Helper to assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial and residential glass systems. The ideal candidate will work alongside experienced glaziers to support various job site tasks including handling glass materials, preparing work areas, and assisting with installations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade and grow within the construction and glazing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist glaziers with the installation of glass, storefront systems, doors, windows, and aluminum framing
- Safely transport and handle glass panels and materials
- Prepare job sites by setting up tools, equipment, and materials
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass and metal components
- Remove and dispose of old glass or damaged materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Load and unload materials from company vehicles
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work on ladders and at varying heights
- Reliable transportation to the office
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Construction or glass experience is a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous construction or glazing experience
- Basic knowledge of measuring and construction tools
- OSHA safety knowledge

- Occasional overtime depending on project needs
