Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Transformation Consultant Hybrid for a contract opportunity in Charlotte, NC, supporting high-impact AI transformation initiatives within banking and consumer lending operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can bridge business strategy, operations, product management, and AI engineering to deploy agentic AI solutions in real enterprise environments.
In this Forward Deployed Agentic Sr Lead capacity, you will help turn process insights, operational documentation, and stakeholder needs into production-ready LLM-powered workflows. This is a strong opportunity to work with collaborative business, technology, risk, and operations teams while gaining visibility into enterprise-scale AI adoption, workflow automation, and operational transformation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions into live banking operations, from discovery through production implementation.
- Partner with business, operations, product, AI engineering, risk, and compliance stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable AI workflows.
- Analyze SOPs, runbooks, workflows, process mining outputs, and related artifacts to identify automation, decision support, and productivity opportunities.
- Design LLM-powered agentic workflows using prompt architectures, RAG, tool use, function calling, structured outputs, and orchestration patterns.
- Define KPIs, ROI models, and value realization frameworks tied to cost reduction, cycle time improvement, risk mitigation, and productivity gains.
- Build reusable agentic assets, including AI skills, workflow components, prompt templates, tool-use patterns, and orchestration blueprints.
