Job Summary
We are seeking for dependable, detail oriented cleaners to train them as Independent Cleaning Contractors to provide high quality commercial cleaning services. This role is ideal for cleaners that take pride in their work and value flexibility. A great opportunity for experienced cleaners as well. This particular position that is now opened will allow you to gain consistent cleaning assignments WITHOUT the burden of finding your own clientele.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Dispose of trash and recyclables responsibly, ensuring waste is managed efficiently
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essentials to maintain hygiene standards
- Follow health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a clean environment for all occupants
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the relevant team members
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition through proper use and regular inspections
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while remaining flexible to address urgent cleaning needs as they arise
Schedule Mondays Wednesdays & Fridays 7am-4pm ($100 per day)
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting supplies
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or requesting supplies when needed
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures (certification is a plus)
- Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role
