Appartment Manager – 100+ Unit Apartment Community
Seeking an experienced Appartment Manager to take full operational control of a ~100-unit apartment community and short-term rental units. Candidate must be able to run the property independently with minimal to no onboarding. Yardi experience is a must.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing 100+ unit apartment community
- Experience with property management software ( Yardi, Guesty, RemoteLock, Airbnb, etc)
- Able to operate independently without training
- Short-term rental experience (Airbnb / VR units)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
