Team Leaders act as positive adult role models, coaches, and mentors. They should have a genuine interest in the growth, development, and provision of a safe and nurturing environment for students. A Team Leader’s ability to establish authority and connections through leadership, communication, and, most importantly, patience will be required to give our students the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed.
This position will require Team Leaders to make daily work plans for Middle School and High School aged students. Team Leaders should expect to be in charge of up to 20 students at a time. A large part of this program is college and career readiness, experience in this is preferred.
Qualifications: must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma.

We operate high-quality before, day, and after school programming for students virtually and on campus at local elementary, middle, and high schools. Students receive academic and enrichment opportunities from our staff of Team Leaders! We encourage and promote the development of youth by providing them with a safe, fun, and nurturing learning environment where they are able to acquire new skills and grow as an individual.
