Job Summary
Neely Specialty Services Group (NSSG) is seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our growing team as 1099 Independent Contractors. Drivers will support a variety of transportation operations throughout Southeast Texas and surrounding areas, including heavy haul, vacuum transport, roll-off, water haul, end dump, and specialized transportation services. Compensation starts at $28.00 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and capable of operating multiple types of trucks and trailers while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers, including manual transmission vehicles when applicable, while adhering to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety requirements.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Transport equipment, materials, wastewater, frac tanks, and other loads as assigned
- Operate end dump trailers, vacuum trailers, roll-off trailers, water trailers, and heavy haul equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Follow all customer site safety requirements and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Air Brakes Endorsement
- Tanker Endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to comply with all DOT and company safety requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Ability to pass an MVR history review
