What You’ll Do

- Develop accurate repair estimates for materials, supplies, and labor.
- Track repair progress and keep drivers and fleet managers informed.
- Maintain detailed logs of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
- Support preventive maintenance scheduling and ensure compliance with DOT safety standards.
- Utilize fleet management and communication tools such as Samsara and TMW.
- Verify warranty and service coverage; explain provisions and exclusions.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and arrange towing or temporary transportation when needed.
- Create and run service and maintenance reports as required.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school or mechanical background preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, trucking operations, or a related field.
- Knowledge of tractor and trailer mechanical systems and repairs.
- Strong computer literacy and comfort with fleet management software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
