Tickers & Timbers is looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our entertainment venue. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in multiple positions, and is willing to learn multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities Include:
-Hosting and resetting escape rooms
-Supervising rage room sessions
-Food preparation and kitchen backup support
-Providing excellent customer service
-Cleaning and maintaining activity areas
-Assisting with parties, events, and group reservations
-Operating point-of-sale systems and handling guest check-ins
-Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
Qualifications:
-Must be dependable and punctual and have own transportation
-Friendly, outgoing personality
-Comfortable speaking with groups and giving instruction
-Ability to multi-task and adapt to different roles throughout a shift
-Ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting up to 30 pounds during shifts
-Weekend and evening availability is required
-Previous customer service, restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment experience is a plus but not required
-Must be 18 years of age or older
We are looking for a true team player who doesn't mind jumping between different responsibilities and can work independently one trained. Preference given to applicants with customer service, key holder, or management experience.
Part-time, evenings and weekends required, 20-30 hours per week, starting pay based on experience
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
