We’re expanding to Fort Lauderdale and seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our new clinic.
The role
We’re hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner passionate about wellness, longevity, and functional medicine. You will provide advanced primary care, lead hormone management programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-touch care. This is a hands-on clinical and growth-oriented role at the ground floor of a new location.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose, treat, and manage follow-up care
- Provide hormone replacement therapy and oversee related protocols
- Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and team members
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic labs and specialty testing
- Educate patients on prevention, lifestyle modification, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and efficient scheduling workflows
- Partner with the Medical Director on clinical quality and practice growth initiatives
- Participate in continuous education and quality improvement efforts

Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN); APRN/NP certification
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- Minimum 3 years NP experience (primary care, functional or anti-aging medicine preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with hormone therapy protocols
- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and excellent communication
- EMR proficiency and team-oriented mindset
Compensation & benefits
- Competitive base compensation starting at $150,000+ (final pay dependent on experience)

Pay: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
