Water Mitigation /Estimation Technician
Employment type: full-time
We are currently accepting applications and conducting interviews for a Lead Water Technician with accurate estimation, and solid customer service skills. Remediation experience is a plus, but Water damage skills are the main focus.
Experience on-site with various customers is required; water certifications, such as IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, are necessary.
Candidates must have some of the following:
- Able to read and monitor Equipment,
- Experience on a truck mount unit
- Must have a CLEAN AND CURRENT driving record and a valid driver's license - no exceptions.
- Great customer service skills and a customer service-driven attitude; lift 50 pounds and manage equipment effectively.
- Must speak English; however, Bilingual skills are a welcome plus.
- Be reliable and responsible with the ability to work independently, running a daily schedule and managing job site remediation and an on-call schedule. (some rotating weekend work is required) Must be in good physical condition/health and able to manage lifting, bending stairs, and heavy equipment.
- Computer literate with some preferred knowledge of the Xactimate program
- Must have transportation to and from work
