Job Summary
Growing commercial real estate valuation firm seeks an analytical and self-motivated professional interested in a long-term career path in commercial real estate. This position involves market research, data entry, financial analysis, report writing, and property inspections while working toward Certified General Appraiser licensure.
The ideal candidate has strong writing and analytical skills, is comfortable working independently and enjoys solving complex problems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in valuing a wide variety of commercial, industrial, agricultural and special-purpose properties throughout Missouri and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data collection and analysis for commercial property valuations, including research of public records and database entry
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, spreadsheets, and financial software to organize data and generate reports
- Participate in site visits to observe property conditions and gather necessary information for appraisals
- Maintain detailed records of appraisal activities, data sources, and client communications
Requirements and Preferences
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university - A degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, accounting, agriculture, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel periodically for property inspections
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working remotely or with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
