lPlating International is a specialized industrial supplier that designs, manufactures, and supports the chemicals, equipment, and complete production lines used for chrome and electroless nickel metal finishing.
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Process customer orders, send formal confirmations, work closely with production, sending tracking after shipments.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers to the appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with management, sales, production, and warehouse teams to coordinate customer orders and ensure accurate communication.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of company products/services, packaging, pricing, and customer account information.
- Greet visitors, manage the front desk, and maintain a professional reception area.
- Assist with general office upkeep, including maintaining common areas and stocking office refreshments.
- Perform accurate data entry, maintain customer records, and organize digital and paper filing systems.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies.
- Run occasional office errands, including picking up mail and purchasing office supplies as needed/ lunch runs.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe); experience with QuickBooks and Datacor ERP is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for running errands.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
