Overview
Storage Master We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Maintenance & Janitorial Technician to support daily operations at our facility. This blended role includes both maintenance tasks and janitorial responsibilities to ensure customers always have a positive experience. Responsible for light repairs, daily cleaning, and keeping the facility safe and presentable. Our facility is highly favored by our customers, and friends alike. You are a great asset to keeping our customers happy and maintaining such a wonderful atmosphere. Must be able to perform physical tasks, and comfortable using basic tools. (We provide necessary tools). Job duties will include, but are not limited to: keeping empty units tidy, keep grounds clean of debris, sweep/mop/shine floor throughout facility, keep trash cans emptied daily, restrooms stocked and cleaned, change air filters, replace light bulbs, cut locks when necessary, trim hedges, blow/ rake leaves, fix leaks on roof and gutters cleaned out as needed, and make small repairs when the need arises.
Must be able to rotate between our 2 facilities in Dothan, AL.
