Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle all cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts accurately
- Manage front desk operations such as answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Assist with laundry and dry cleaning services by receiving items, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and offering helpful information about services offered
- Support team members with basic cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards throughout the facility
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Experience with cashiering systems or point-of-sale (POS) equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of laundry and dry cleaning processes is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties as needed
