- Perform or follow initial evaluations in accordance with APTA standards

Develop or implement individualized, comprehensive plans of care

Establish, follow and monitor short- and long-term patient goals

Deliver hands-on, one-on-one therapy to optimize patient recovery and function

Track progress and communicate updates with referring providers and care teams

Design and document home exercise programs to support ongoing improvement

Ensure compliance with insurance and reimbursement guidelines

Manage patient discharge planning effectively
