Practice Overview

You'll join a physician-led, women-owned outpatient psychiatry team serving children, adolescents, and adults across Illinois

Care model includes comprehensive evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and family sessions when appropriate

Strong support structure: dedicated scheduling, administrative, and billing support plus physician leadership

Collaborative approach with therapists, families, schools, pediatricians, and outside providers; hospital affiliation support included
Schedule

Full-time Monday-Friday, Hybrid options are available

Typical daily volume around 14-16 patient encounters with a balanced mix of new and follow-up visits

Low call burden: limited after-hours needs for your established patients; no formal inpatient/ED/consult-liaison call
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary starting at $240,000 plus uncapped productivity incentive
- Documented Earnings from $350K-$420K

- Time off: 4 weeks PTO, plus 1 week CME and CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible (Child & Adolescent Psychiatry strongly preferred; double board preferred)

Open to fellows and 2026/2027 graduates; experienced adult psychiatrists with strong pediatric interest are encouraged

Illinois license (or ability to obtain), DEA, and Illinois Controlled Substance License

Comfortable with outpatient evaluations, med management, psychotherapy as appropriate.
