At Children's Harbor, we believe every young adult deserves the opportunity to thrive. Brown's Harbor is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Success/Financial Coach to empower young adults (ages 18–23) as they transition to independent adulthood.

What You'll Do
As a Success/Financial Coach, you'll serve as both mentor and coach, helping young adults develop the skills and confidence needed for long-term success.
Your responsibilities include:

Develop individualized Success Plans based on each participant's goals

Provide weekly one-on-one coaching sessions using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach

Facilitate engaging workshops on:

Financial literacy
-
Budgeting
-
Employment readiness
-
Life skills
-
Goal setting
-
Teach and implement the Dave Ramsey financial education curriculum
-
Help participants:
-
Create monthly budgets
-
Build resumes
-
Prepare for interviews
-
Secure employment, internships, or apprenticeships
-
Open and manage bank accounts
-
Maintain accurate documentation and case records
-
Collaborate with ChildNet, community partners, and agency staff
-
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and community events
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth or young adults
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Strong organizational and documentation abilities
-
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
-
Experience serving youth transitioning from foster care
-
Knowledge of the Transition to Independence Process (TIP) Model
Child welfare experience - Case Management
Experience teaching financial literacy or workforce development
DLA-20 Assessment knowledge
