Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of boba teas, specialty drinks, and rolled ice creams.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service with a smile.
- Handle morning opening duties (stocking, prepping ingredients, cleaning, organizing).
- Operate equipment safely for tea brewing, ice cream rolling, and toppings prep.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and front-of-house area.
- Handle cash register, payments, and accurate order taking.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
Morning availability required (opening to early afternoon).
Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred, but not required (training provided).
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Reliability and punctuality are a must.
