We are hiring a Construction Project Manager. Ideal candidates will have hands-on field experience, in-depth construction knowledge, and a proven record of successfully completing projects. Applicants should be skilled in construction estimating, scheduling, and job costing, with experience in federal and DOD contracts preferred. Strong leadership skills, motivation, and conflict resolution experience are essential.
Key responsibilities include managing, directing, and training project teams while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring all team members have the resources they need to succeed. Travel will be required periodically each month.
