Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various areas, ensuring that every space reflects the highest standards of hygiene and comfort. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
- Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
- Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff
- Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to uphold health standards in all areas
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Support other hospitality team members in maintaining overall cleanliness and organization throughout the property
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly desirable
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service expectations enhances effectiveness in this role
- Experience managing or supervising housekeeping teams is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
