ABA4You – Union, NJ
ABA4You is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist seeking flexible part-time hours with the potential to transition into a full-time position as our speech therapy program continues to grow. The successful candidate will work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Occupational Therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive, family-centered care.

- Weekdays
- After-school hours
- Evenings
- Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in our clinic
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and reassessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs, occupational therapists, and caregivers
- Complete required documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes
- Address communication goals including expressive language, receptive language, articulation, social communication, pragmatic language, AAC, and feeding/swallowing (if experienced)
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and caregiver education
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply; mentorship and supervision available
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience with AAC and/or pediatric feeding is a plus but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Compensation
W-2 Part-Time: $60–$80/hour, based on experience, certifications, and specialized skills (AAC, pediatric feeding, bilingual services, etc.).
