Schedule: Anywhere from 3pm-5am

Starting pay rate: $85-$95 per job

Key duties and details for
Lead Service Tech:

Climb on roofs of restaurants and other businesses to clean the grease off of the exhaust fan and ductwork
-
Use a degreaser and pressure washer to achieve this as well as physically wiping and scrubbing grease off

Clean filters and wipe them free of grease and dirt
-
Perform thorough kitchen cleanup after job is completed (most jobs take 1 1/2 - 4 hours)
Qualifications for
Lead Service Tech:

Must be able to climb ladders

Ability to lift maximum of 50 lbs

Must be comfortable with heights

Non-slip shoes, restaurant style shoes are required
