The Dominguez Firm, Inc. seeks a personal injury attorney with minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury. This is an excellent career opportunity with leading Personal Injury/Workers Comp Firm. Competitive salary depends on aptitude and experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handle major injury cases; Conduct depositions and mediations; Plan trial strategies, meet with experts, and proficiently represent clients in all phases of litigation, including trial; Draft pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions and other legal documents; Investigate case facts and damages evidence; Negotiate all aspects of case settlements (including lien resolution) where appropriate; and maintain communication and positive relationships with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel and insurance representatives.
Requirements: Fluent English and Spanish speaker may be required, Admittance to the California State Bar in good standing, and minimum 2 years plaintiff P.I.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
