Job Overview:
A Gas Station Manager oversees the daily operations of a gas station and convenience store, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers. Their responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
- Supervising employees to maintain high service levels and cleanliness.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain positive relationships with local vendors
- Supervised daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained
- Ensure that safety protocols required for gas stations are followed at all times
- Filed daily paper work.
- Reconcile all shifts and make sure the paper work balanced Counted the cash and made the bank deposits.
- TABC Certification and Food Managers certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
