Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team at a Veterans Community Living Center in Colorado.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN/LVN with Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home experience who is comfortable working 12-hour night shifts.
Requirements
- Active Colorado LPN/LVN Nursing License
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility or Nursing Home experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong patient-care and communication skills
- Reliable and able to work in a team-oriented environment
