Insurance Producer
Horn Family Insurance is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Insurance Producer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Review clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Prepare quotes and close new business
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale
Qualifications:
- Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
