Job Description:
The Manufacturing Technician responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to support efficient production while ensuring product quality and workplace safety. This role works closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and management teams and requires fluency in both English and Korean to support daily operations and cross-functional communication.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to support production.
-Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.
-Diagnose equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
-Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality documentation.
-Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, and management teams to achieve production goals.
-Communicate effectively in English and Korean to support operations, training, and documentation.
-Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
-Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements:
-Technical high school diploma or technical training/certification from a college or university.
-Minimum of two years of manufacturing or related industrial experience.
-Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
-Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) required.
-Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
-Ability to work a 4-day schedule with 12-hour shifts in an in-person manufacturing environment.

Bonus Eligibility:
