JOB
West Shore Community College is seeking qualified instructors to assist with EMS and/or Fire Science instruction. This position includes teaching in didactic and lab settings for EMS courses and/or providing online instruction for our Associate of Applied Arts and Sciences (AAAS) in Fire Science.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Provide instruction in EMS and/or Fire Science courses in classroom, lab, and/or online settings.

Support student learning through skill demonstrations, scenario-based training, and mentorship.

Ensure adherence to WSCC's curriculum standards and accreditation requirements.

Utilize interactive and student-centered teaching methods to enhance learning.

Provide constructive feedback and assessment of student performance.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and skill evaluations.
