Traffic Control Flagger/Driver
Join our dynamic team as a Traffic Control Flagger and Driver, where you will play a vital role in ensuring safety and efficiency on construction sites and roadwork zones. At Traffic Safety Solutions, LLC, we are looking for team members who are observant and dedicated so they can monitor the flow of traffic around road construction sites safely. We are looking for 15 individuals in the Akron & Youngstown areas to join our team at Traffic Safety Solutions.
Pay: $15.00/Hour - $18.00/Hour (Based on Experience & Knowledge)

Essential Functions & Skills Required:
- Work as a team
- Use of hand signals and directions signs to direct traffic around road construction
- Communications with others on job sites for traffic flow and safety
- Appropriately positioning signs, cones, etc.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a drug screen (including marijuana) no exception
- Valid Driver License & clean driving record
- ATSSA Certification (American Traffic Safety Services Association)
- Previous experience as traffic control technician/flagger
- Sound knowledge of MUTCD regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and efficiency
- Excellent organizational skills and problem solving
- Effective communication
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with flexibility to work some weekends
- Day Shift
- Overtime Available
- 10-hour shifts
- 12+ hour shifts
- Work location is in person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
