Comfort Keepers - Kokomo is seeking reliable, honest, and caring individuals. Caregivers will help to provide care to seniors, veterans, and other adults in their home.
WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING FOR ALL LOCATIONS & ALL SHIFTS
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with activities of daily living by providing any of the Comfort Keepers approved personal care activities such as: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and/or ambulation.
- Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients and family members.
- Assist in meeting nutritional needs by providing meal planning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, dishes, kitchen clean-up, laundry and other light housekeeping.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
- Transportation to and from appointments.
Job requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance
- Clean criminal and driving record
- Cell phone
- Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must commit to a weekly schedule including every other weekend.
- Applicant must show compassion, empathy, and reliability.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
