Stand at teller station while interacting with customers and working at computer terminal for extended periods of time, Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (teller drawer, cash bags, supplies) Move round within office and between banking center locations.
The Branson West Teller serves as a single point of contact for customers. Multi-faceted responsibilities range from minimal cash handling and basic transactions to product and service knowledge, and referrals to other lines of business. Primary skills include critical thinking skills, relationship building, customer service, and expert referral skills. Other responsibilities may be added, such as loan support; expertise in deposit account functions, compliance support; and/or other backroom support functions if permissible such as internal audit; risk management areas.
