Our high-quality dental office in Dana Point is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and organized full-time team member who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing exceptional patient service.
The ideal candidate is a confident, efficient team player who can multitask, stay organized, and take ownership of their responsibilities. This position is best suited for someone with dental office experience who is ready to become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Mastering and coordinating the doctor’s schedule efficiently
- Coordinating patient treatment and preparing comprehensive treatment plans
- Creating and discussing financial arrangements with patients
- Monitoring and managing accounts receivable
- Maintaining accurate patient records and financial information
- Providing warm, professional, and attentive patient care
- Collaborating with the entire dental team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience
Qualifications:
- Previous dental office experience is required
- Experience with electronic dental software is mandatory
- Experience coordinating treatment and creating/discussing financial plans is mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to patient care
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
