Title: Hotel Housekeeper

Position Summary
Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Hotel Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest suites to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while meeting Hilton brand standards.
Work schedules are based on business needs and occupancy. Hours are not guaranteed, and candidates must have flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest suites according to Hilton brand standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety concerns promptly.
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests.
- Meet daily room cleaning productivity and quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred .
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Must have flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
