Help Build a Premium Cleaning Company From the Ground Up
SoHo Cleaning Group is a growing residential cleaning company focused on delivering luxury apartment cleaning throughout Manhattan.
We’re looking for an experienced, dependable cleaner who wants more than just another cleaning job. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating systems, and wants to help build a company known for quality, professionalism, and trust.
As we grow, this person will become a key part of training future cleaners and helping maintain SoHo’s cleaning standards.
What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed residential cleaning in apartments and condos
- Follow SoHo Cleaning Group’s cleaning systems and checklists
- Make beds with hotel-style presentation
- Fold and align towels professionally
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms to a premium standard
- Use steam cleaners, vacuums, microfiber systems, and specialty cleaning products
- Document completed work when required
- Assist in refining and improving cleaning procedures
- Help train and onboard future cleaners as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
- Previous residential cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and communication
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan jobs
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to follow systems and procedures consistently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Trustworthy, honest, and dependable
- Authorized to work in the United States

- Microfiber systems

- Bar Keepers Friend
- Degreasers

- Glass cleaning techniques

Compensation
Paid Per Job (Not Hourly)
Our compensation model rewards quality, efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Lead cleaners typically earn approximately 60% of the labor portion of each completed cleaning job, with additional performance bonuses available.
As SoHo grows, lead cleaners will have opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation.
