Job Summary

Duties
- Provide strategic leadership in developing and implementing policies that promote optimal patient outcomes and staff performance.

- Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards governing nursing practices.
- Lead organizational planning efforts to improve clinical workflows, patient safety initiatives, and quality assurance programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and administrative leaders to coordinate services and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Supervise staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and innovative practices in healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nursing management with a strong emphasis on healthcare administration and clinical leadership.
- Management skills demonstrated through successful team supervision and personnel management in healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of state-specific education laws related to nursing education and licensure requirements.
- Experience with organizational budget management and strategic planning within healthcare organizations.
- Background in managing school or institutional health programs is preferred; experience in academic or university settings is advantageous.
- Strong instructional leadership skills combined with expertise in education administration for training healthcare personnel.
- Excellent communication skills necessary for effective team management, stakeholder engagement, and policy implementation.
- A valid nursing license along with relevant certifications demonstrating advanced leadership capabilities are required.
