We are a premier vanline agent in the Denver metro area, expanding our local and regional household goods moving teams. We are immediately hiring 1-2 new crew members to support our accelerating growth. Specifically, we are seeking 1–2 Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers and 1 CDL driver

AVAILABLE ROLES & PAY TIERS
- Driver / Team Lead ($24.00 – $28.00/hr): Safely drive and operate 26-ft. automatic box trucks. No CDL is required, but a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is mandatory. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for our premium clients, lead the on-site crew, and ensure the job is executed safely and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pack, wrap, protect, and load clients' household goods and specialized freight safely into trucks.
- Drive 16-ft to 26-ft straight trucks safely to and from job sites (Drivers/Leads only).
- Provide exceptional, 5-star customer service to our clients during their moving day.
- Work primarily on local and intrastate moves within Colorado, with occasional short-haul regional trips to neighboring states.
- Collaborate closely with your crew members to maintain high efficiency and zero cargo damage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of professional moving experience at a licensed, insured moving company is highly preferred.
- Must have a valid drivers license and experience with driving box trucks
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to and from our facility daily.
- Background & Safety: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Communication: Must speak, read, and write English fluently to effectively communicate with clients and accurately manage inventory paperwork.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently throughout the day in Colorado’s high-altitude environments.
- Background & Drug Screen Compliance: All candidates must pass a comprehensive criminal background check for military base access and a pre-employment drug screening. Please note that because we operate commercial motor vehicles under federal DOT regulations, this screening includes testing for marijuana/THC.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT — MILITARY BASE ACCESS: Because our agency frequently services regional military installations, all applicants must be legally capable of passing strict federal background checks to gain independent access to military bases.
