Duties
- Assist with sanitation and cleaning of equipment, tanks, and production areas to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Support blending and distillation processes by handling raw ingredients, monitoring machinery, and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy bags or barrels in accordance with safety protocols.
- Follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety standards to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Support packaging operations by preparing bottles for distribution while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management within the warehouse, ensuring accurate tracking of ingredients and finished goods.
- Handle industrial chemicals safely during cleaning or processing activities while adhering to safety standards in production environments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating industrial equipment such as pumps or mixers is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely for extended periods.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is beneficial.
- Strong commitment to safety standards in production environments with attention to detail in quality assurance processes.
- Experience working with industrial chemicals or cleaning agents while following safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately in a fast-paced setting.
