We are seeking an energetic, personable, and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient physical therapy practice in Boynton Beach, Florida. Both full-time and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.
About All Pro Rehab
All Pro Rehab is an outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on providing high-quality, personalized care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Our patients receive one-on-one evaluations and treatments, with each treatment session scheduled for a full hour. We treat a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries.
Our clinic features private treatment rooms, modern equipment, and a collaborative environment where PTs and PTAs work together to help patients achieve meaningful functional goals.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Carry out individualized plans of care established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate treatment techniques
- Progress patients appropriately based on their goals, response to treatment, and established plan of care
- Communicate regularly with supervising Physical Therapists regarding patient progress and concerns
- Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Help create a positive patient experience from the beginning of treatment through discharge
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment

The ideal candidate is clinically confident, dependable, personable, and passionate about helping patients reach their goals.
Requirements:
- Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of therapeutic exercise and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Manual therapy experience or willingness to further develop manual therapy skills
- Ability to safely and effectively carry out a Physical Therapist's plan of care
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population
Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
