The Pediatrics department is seeking physicians in inpatient, outpatient, and mixed settings clinical practices in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Coachella Valley at UCR Health clinics and affiliate sites. Pediatricians supervise and/or perform a full range of professional work in primary care medicine involving the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric patients. They work collaboratively with other physician groups for patient care. We are seeking a board-certified pediatrician to join our team of medical professionals. The successful candidate must possess an M.D. or equivalent degree, be board certified and eligible to practice in the State of California by the time of employment. A minimum of one year of practice post residency training from an accredited residency training program is required. Applicants must qualify for medical staff privileges at UCR Health and UCR affiliated hospitals. The full salary range for the Pediatrician is from $107,400 - $275,400 annually at a 100% FTE appointment and will be pro-rated based on appointment FTE %. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $230,000 annually at 100% FTE. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure, certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
