We are hiring a Customer Sales Associate! This entry-level Customer Sales Associate role is a great fit for someone who wants to build real experience in customer service and sales while representing AT&T products in the local market.
As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers to walk them through AT&T plans, promotions, internet options, and mobile services. The world moves fast, and so will you. Within your first few weeks, you'll be confidently guiding customers through their sales options and building the kind of communication and sales skills that open doors well beyond this position. We're looking for people who are quick learners, genuinely enjoy working with others, and want a role where effort is noticed and rewarded.
Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to go over AT&T service options
- Assist customers with device upgrades, account reviews, and other technology options
- Explain pricing, plans, and current promotions clearly and professionally
- Build strong customer relationships through attentive, responsive communication
- Support sales to increase margins and company growth
- Learn sales and customer service techniques through ongoing development to become an expert
- Track customer interactions and progress toward sales goals
- Work with others within the company to improve the overall customer experience and skills
- Attend meetings daily for improvement in position, and product knowledge
Customer Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in customer service, sales, or retail
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, warehouse or food service is a plus
- Comfortable learning about technology and advancements
- Willingness to learn within a team-oriented environment
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
