Stay Dry Waterproofing is growing, and we’re looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join us! We specialize in waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawlspace encapsulation systems across Birmingham and Tuscaloosa.
Position: Installer/Encapsulation Technician/Waterproofing Technician
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in installing waterproofing and foundation repair systems
- Work with crawlspace encapsulation materials and equipment
- Follow jobsite safety procedures
- Provide quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Work with a team to complete projects on time
What We’re Looking For:
- Construction, concrete, or waterproofing experience is a plus (but not required – we will train the right person)
- Need some type of construction, tool handling background
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
