Configure and manage the operation of the forming cell.

Manage the packaging of goods directly within the production cell.

Perform certified inspections by completing the necessary training to master the quality verification process.

Utilize precision measuring tools correctly, contingent upon completing required measurement training.

Generate product labels and ensure all production documentation is filled out accurately.

Help uphold a culture of excellence by consistently following quality guidelines and maintaining precise documentation.

Keep your workspace organized and tidy by adhering to established 5S methodologies.

Communicate any production-related challenges or concerns to the Value Stream Team Leader.

Carry out duties associated with your current or lower-level classifications as needed.
Required Qualifications-
Possession of a High School Diploma or GED, including recognized international equivalents that may require English translation.

Requirement to hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in interpreting manufacturing specifications and work orders, applying shop math, and using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and pi tapes.

Proven capability to operate various types of manufacturing machinery.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Capacity to collaborate and maintain positive communication with your teammates.

Flexibility to adjust your workflow to meet changing production demands and customer needs.

Basic proficiency in computer operations is considered an asset.

Foundational knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
Physical Demands and Safety Equipment
The role involves frequent standing, sitting, bending, grasping, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as walking in a standard manufacturing environment. Employees are required to wear safety glasses, ear protection for noise levels between 85-90 dB, and steel-toed footwear while on the production floor.
