This position is primarily responsible for helping serve meals, work the dish area and clean the dining hall. Occasional light food related duties such as setting up the salad bar, making bagged lunches or setting up cheese slices. The shift is Wednesday through Sunday 10am to 7pm weekdays, 9 am to 6pm on weekends. Off Monday and Tuesday.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Setting up the line and serving lunch and dinner, salad bar preparation. Washing plates, cups, bowls and cooking equipment such as holding pans, pots and sheet pans. Wipe down the dining hall after each meal, remove garbage and mop the floor. Participates in kitchen clean-up to facilitate sanitizing of all food service areas.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in the food industry not required but preferred. Must be able to obtain ServSafe credentials.
