Overview
Join our Contract Manufacturing team as a Sales Representative specializing in Electrical Assembly! Looking for someone with knowledge of the circuit board industry. The position is base salary with commission. Commission is a percent of (total sales minus cost of physical materials) agreed upon hire. Commission is determined from all business from new customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the electrical assembly industry, understanding their unique requirements and providing expert guidance.
- Conduct technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals to showcase the value of our electrical assembly offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from pre-sales activities such as needs analysis and solution design to deal closing and post-sales support.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities within the electrical assembly sector.
- Provide technical expertise during client consultations.
Skills
- Proven experience in technical sales within electrical or industrial assemblies.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in deal closing, solution sales, and business development within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and craft tailored solutions.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
