Adaptive Pediatric Therapy is a center-based ABA practice dedicated to helping children with autism learn, grow, and thrive. We serve families across the Statesville and Iredell County area with individualized, evidence-based therapy — and we've built a team of BCBAs and RBTs who genuinely love what they do. You'll be responsible for:
Conducting assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and writing individualized treatment plans
Supervising and training RBTs
Tracking learner progress and adjusting programming with data
Parent training and regular caregiver meetings
Maintaining BACB ethics and payer compliance
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
NC LBA licensure (or eligible)
Experience in pediatric ABA
Strong supervision and communication skills
